Julián Alonso Pintor (born August 2, 1977 in Canet de Mar) is a retired tennis player from Catalonia, Spain, who turned professional in 1996 and retired five years later.

Alonso was given the ATP Newcomer of the Year prize when after winning his first ATP title in Santiago defeating former World Number 1 Marcelo Ríos in the final, he finished in the top 40 in 1997. After that promising start, though, his career is considered quite disappointing; he only won one more title (Bologna, 1998) and retired in 2001 after one and a half years playing only challengers. He reached his highest singles ATP ranking on June 15, 1998 (after winning his second and last title), when he became the World Number 30.
